Yes. We offer cleaning services after clearance, from basic cleaning to extreme cleaning for more demanding situations (insalubrity, odours, etc.).

It depends on your preference. We can do sorting on request (separating valuables, documents, etc.) or handle everything without prior sorting. Let us know what you need when requesting a quote.

We collect most household items: furniture, appliances, clothing, papers, scrap, etc. For hazardous waste (chemicals, asbestos, etc.), special procedures may be required.

Yes. We sort and separate recyclable materials (paper, cardboard, plastic, glass, metals) which are forwarded to the respective recycling centres.

Items in good condition can be separated for donation to charities or for sale (if you wish). Let us know your preferences.

It depends on the volume and conditions, but generally:

• Studio/1-bed: 2–4 hours
• 2-bed/3-bed: 4–8 hours
• Houses: 1–2 days

For complex cases (hoarding, insalubrity), it may take longer.

It's not mandatory. Just ensure access to the property (keys, code, porter). If you prefer to be present, you're welcome to be.
